Updates...
Ive been in Puerto Rico for the last weekend.
Im exhausted.
I havent slept a whole night thus far and am VERY cranky.
Thats just how I feel.
Ive kinda caught up on reading all your blogs, all my emails, all my mail, and now all I need to do is schoolwork.
Damn school. Hate school. -_- this semester anyway.

Yup. Nina Im participating. SOOO here goes nothing.
My goals:
Week 1- Nov 1st- Smaller portions, more fruit and NO soda.
Week 2- Nov 8th- Walk more often, to the train station and etc.
Week 3- Nov 15th- Work out 2 times a week.
Week 4- Nov 22nd- Work out 3 times a week.
Week 5- Nov 29th- Morning and Evening situps
Week 6- Dec 6th- Frequent meals
Week 7- Dec 13th- NO eating after 9PM
Week 8- Dec 20th- Work out 4 times a week.
This is it for now. I want to be at around 140 for my birthday.
Right now, Im looking at minus ~25 lbs.

For me. Its about time I see myself at a much less and healthier weight than I have been. Ive been at this weight too long and it feels like im gaining and i refuse to get any bigger.
Week 1 which started the day after Halloween went semi ok. I kind of cheated. I drank soda once, so I slipped there. Week 2 which was last week I spent some of it in Puerto Rico but I did do my walking more frequently as I wanted to. Lets hope Week 3 goes well. (On top of pool class, exercising twice a week is going to be tiring. -_- but here goes nothing!)

Yeah I would be a terrible candidate for diets. I would be cheating left, right, and center.
Good luck!! It can be hard some days to find the motivation, but it looks like you have a good plan, and that's often half the battle! We're all pulling for you!
Crap! This reminds me I gotta start eating healthy as well. I stop breastfeeding, so I don't have to drink whole milk anymore and eat all the protein.
*sigh*
