So I have come to the realization that I definitely slacked off the last year and a half with losing weight and it came to a really painful realization a couple weeks ago that I gotta go back to my normal weight. This means crunch time!
I have been going hard. I have been going in. I have definitely been doing me and doing what I gotta do in past few weeks. Ive noticed a body change but I have yet to step on the scale. Im scared! LOL
What if the water weight hasnt come off yet?
What if Im sore for no reason?
What if I gained instead of lost weight???
So I refuse to step on the scale until I either come back from Miami or start school again.
I definitely have been playing the system. Thank god for infinite email accounts. LMFAO!
Now I just need an awesome playlist!

I haven't been to the gym since April lol so i too need to start again and I'm going to starting next week! What gym do u go 2? I use to go to ballys lol i think my membership is still good, do u need a workout buddy??
